Martin Truex Jr. – Oil line was loose. His engine was OK and he practiced later in the session.

Greg Biffle – Had a tough day on Thursday and said they were missing something.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Got into the wall hard. Said Roush Fenway Racing was behind other teams on Thursday during the test session in race trim. Was in qualifying trim today.

Practice #1 Speeds

Kevin Harvick – Happy with his car following the test. Tried multiple setups on Thursday until they hit something. Spent some time during this session working on qualifying strategy. Fairly pleased with his car.

Austin Dillon – Tight during his first run. Needs to improve over the bumps in turns 1 & 2.
