Denny Hamlin – Spun coming off turn 4 and sustained damage. His team repaired his car and he was back out on the track with 10 minutes remaining. During his final run he said his car was better.

Martin Truex Jr. – Said his car was near perfect. He did fine tuning this session. His car has good balance.

Kyle Larson – He’s been really happy with his car. In this session he practiced using different tire strategies.

David Ragan – His crew chief told him he was looking good. At the end he said, “I think we have something we can work with here, good job guys.”

Aric Almirola – During his first run he said his car was too tight. His team made big swings to his setup 20 minutes into practice.
