Fantasy NASCAR Asterisk Mark Report – Bristol
Kyle Busch – Kyle Busch didn’t have the best car this spring at Bristol, but he was around 10th place good. On lap 211 while he was running in 12th he had a cut tire and got into the wall. Later with 116 laps to go while he was running inside the top ten he got into the wall again, but this time he took his car to the garage area which led to misleading 35th place finish.
Erik Jones – Erik Jones had a strong Bristol debut this spring but finished 17th. From the race it should be noted he earned the 8th best driver rating and had an 8th place average running position. Additionally he finished 3rd in Stage #1, and 6th in Stage #2. The source of his Asterisk Mark result can be traced to when he got into the wall hard with 80 laps to go while running in 8th.
