Homestead NASCAR Happy Hour Practice Notes

Martin Truex Jr. – Was extremely quick running the high-line. Fast over long runs. His crew chief was confident and thought they were the best over long runs.

Kevin Harvick – Was parked for the first 15 minutes. Has a very competitive car. His crew chief said his lap times were good late into a run. His car is arguably the fastest over a long run. Wasn’t the happiest with his car during his final run, his car was tight.

Kyle Busch – He’s said to be very happy with his car.

Brad Keselowski – Working to get better in turn 4. Started with a long run of +15 laps and had good speed.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. – Was very quick again. “We’re getting somewhere – that was the best change all day. That was a big gain.” Late in practice he said, “Feels good.”
