Regan Smith – Following his second run while he was 17th he said, “I gained turn with that.” Following a late run he said, “We’re gonna need to hit the reset button. It’s extremely inconsistent. It’s like I got from thinking I’m really tight to thinking I’m going to spin out all in one corner.”
Alex Bowman – Late in practice while he was 9th he said, “It’s tight in the center in 1 and 2, at 80-percent throttle it just gets loose.”
William Byron – Late in practice while he was 11th he said, “The shearing in the back on initial throttle is probably the biggest thing right now. Center is good, entry is good, it’s just edgy in the back.”
