Clint Bowyer who started on the pole selected to start in the high-line and he led the opening lap.
On lap 2, Daniel Suarez who started in 2nd took the lead. He then led the next 29 laps.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. started in 12th and on lap 2 he was up to 3rd. He was using the high-line.
Big Moment: On lap 5 it was reported that Kyle Busch had contact with the wall. He was running around 20th at the time. It was hard contact and a he started falling back in the running order.

Kevin Harvick won the race off pit road following the Stage #1 pit stop.
Big Moment: On lap 87, shortly after the restart for Stage #2 Erik Jones was slow on the track. He just finished 10th in Stage #1. His car was stuck in 2nd gear and he then made an unexpected pit stop. His team then later pushed him behind the wall. He was in the garage for a little over 10 laps which killed his afternoon dooming him to a poor result.
