Kyle’s bad day at Dover
Dover isn’t known as the track that’s to tough to tame, Darlington is. However, if you ask Kyle Busch he may say otherwise. Kyle Busch ran good at times Sunday but multiple cut tires hampered his day and he finished 31st. I have no idea how he finished 31st but Kyle Busch owes his thanks to the high attrition rate at the Monster Mile.
My favorite Kyle Busch moment of the race was the second time he cut his tire. Kyle Busch hit the wall 3 times and his spotter radioed him and told him to “take it easy”. Of course this was after Kyle hit the wall multiple times.
Kyle Busch not only had tough day on the track he also had a tough time on pit road. After Busch had his second flat tire of the day he received an excessive speeding penalty for entering pit row to fast. Of course Kyle’s day was over at this point but you gotta love Kyle. When Kyle Busch re-entered the race with his damaged car he also received an excessive speeding penalty while he was leaving pit road. Didn’t hear about this one on TV did you? At least I didn’t.
