Many NASCAR pundits viewed Ragan as a Chase contender for this season but the UPS Ford ended the season with only had two top tens.
Ragan’s new crew chief is the veteran Donnie Wingo. Donnie Wingo was the crew chief for Jaime McMurray in the 2009 season. Before joining Roush-Fenway Racing in 2009 Donnie Wingo was a long time employee at Chip Ganassi Racing. Jimmy Fennig who was Ragan’s former crew chief will now be in charge of the Roush-Fenway testing operations team.
