It’s not yet known if she will come to NASCAR, but it is known that she recently signed a three year contract extension to stay with Andretti Autosport, which was once known as Andretti Green Racing.
On Monday at danicaracing.com (her official site) some web site visitors for a brief period of time seen Danica Patrick wearing a JR Motor sports Nationwide series uniform. The uniform also had the Chevy logo adorned on it. If you would like to see a screen cap of the what I’m talking about just click HERE. Danica Patrick hasn’t said much publicly about coming to NASCAR, but as the old saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words.
It has been widely speculated that if Danica were to join JR Motor Sports she would race part time in the Nationwide series. One of the reported hold ups is that Danica Patrick is seeking somewhere between $200,000 to $300,000 per race.
My personal opinion about this is that it’s a done deal and right now their just working on the little things.
