Mike Ford no longer Denny Hamlin’s crew chief
Today it was announced that Mike Ford will no longer be Denny Hamlin’s crew chief. Ford has been Hamlin’s crew chief since he started racing on the Cup level. Together they have combined to win 17 races.
No new crew chief has been named but Darian Grubb according to Jenna Fryer of the AP has been offered the position. Grubb also reportedly has another offer on the table for an engineering position at Hendrick.
