Goodyear Tire Change for the Michigan Quicken Loans 400

Following practice today NASCAR has decided to make a tire change for the Michigan Quicken Loans 400. The right side tires will remain the same but the left side tires will consist of a new harder combination. The new tire combination is more durable and has previously been used at Charlotte Motor Speedway following its repaving in 2005 and a few races after that.

There will also be a new practice at Michigan following the Nationwide Race at approximately 6PM.
