Richmond Federated Auto Parts 400: Fantasy NASCAR “Front Runner” Rankings
Brad Keselowski – Keselowski had his best finish at Richmond this spring. He finished 9th and had the 11th best driver rating (84.4). In the last five Richmond races he’s been consistent here. In four of them he’s finished between 9th and 15th. In the Federated Auto Parts 400 I think Keselowski is capable of having his best finish yet. This season at the two similar tracks Brad has two 5th place finishes (New Hampshire and Phoenix). Don’t be surprised if Keselowski qualifies well. His average starting position is 10.8 and in his first four Richmond races he was 4 for 4 in terms of qualifying in the top ten. (Yahoo! A Driver)

Kasey Kahne – Kasey Kahne had a good car at Richmond earlier this year and his PROS Ranking was sixth. In April he started in 9th, finished 5th and had an average running position of 7th. Other indicators that point to a another good finish are his New Hampshire win and how he looked at Phoenix before he had trouble. In 2005 Kasey Kahne started on the pole and won the first race of his Sprint Cup Career. My concern about Kahne this week is that good finishes have been sporadic for him at Richmond. His last top ten in the fall Richmond race was in 2007. (Yahoo! B Driver)
