Denny Hamlin – Crashed with the #16. His car was undriveable and he walked to an ambulance. What happened is that the #16 hooked the #11. Denny Hamlin will be using a backup car.
Greg Biffle – Crashed with Denny Hamlin. Biffle could drive his car back to the garage. Looked good on the speed charts before that though. Greg Biffle will be using a backup car.

Joey Logano – Logano was also involved in the crash. Joey Logano will be using a backup car and as a result he won’t be starting on the pole.
Kasey Kahne – “Way better than yesterday” but is on the front splitter. As the practice ended it was reported that his car feels good.
