Fantasy NASCAR Game: “The Showcase” at Fantasy Racing Online
The NASCAR season is right around the corner, and that can mean only one thing: it’s time to sign up for fantasy NASCAR games! There are many great games to choose from, and they all have something unique about them–whether that be unique scoring or great prizes–that allows you to have fun throughout the 36-race season. One game that will be fun for everyone is “The Showcase” brought to you by FantasyRacingOnline.net.
–How To Play–
Each week, you assemble a roster of drivers by picking one from each of the four “Groups”. Also, you will pick an “All Star Driver” who will receive double points for the week. The “All Star Driver” can be a driver that you picked in a Group or someone completely different, so you will have a roster of either four or five drivers. The “Groups” change every six races. Click here for the “Groups” of drivers for races 1-6 in 2013. Standard NASCAR scoring is used (43 points for 1st place, etc.), as well as 1 bonus point for leading a lap and 5 bonus points for leading the most laps. So, if you have a driver who leads the most laps and wins the race, you get 49 points from his finish. If he is your All Star Driver, you get 98 points, plus the points from your other drivers in Groups 1-4. Picks are due every week at the green flag.
–Prizes–
Everyone loves getting something for winning, and with The Showcase you will be rewarded for being the best. The grand prize is $1,000.00 as well as a trophy and two free entries in the 2014 game. Second place receives a smooth $500.00 and third through fifth-place are paid out as well. Additionally, there are six segments, and the winner of each will receive $100.00.
