Jimmie Johnson – Happy with his car. Said “We’re getting in the window”. Got some left fender damage from contact with Joey Logano. Logano ran out of gas and wiggled which caused Johnson to hit him. I wouldn’t be concerned about this. His car looks just fine after contact (picture).

Kevin Harvick – Tight in the center. Later in practice he was still tight in the center and loose coming off the corners. Later in practice he said his car was still loose. Later they were good in and good off but still tight in the center. Later he said “Definitely better, fairly good in the center that run”

Dale Earnhardt Jr. – Said “those are good laps”. The team is working on forward bite.
