Not So Fast – Richmond Toyota Owners 400
AJ Allmendinger – Ryan Truex Jr. was originally slated to drive the #51 at Richmond but he’ll miss the race due to injury. Luckily that’s not a fantasy NASCAR problem because AJ Allmendinger is a better option at RIR. In AJ’s last five races at Richmond he has three top 11 finishes and a worst finish of 17th. In the races AJ has raced this year he’s over performed. This season he finished 11th at Phoenix, 13th at Bristol and 16th at Auto Club Speedway. If you’re looking for a deep sleeper he’s likely the driver you want. (Yahoo! C Driver)

Danica Patrick – Danica Patrick surprised us at Martinsville but I don’t think it will happen again at Richmond. She’s never raced here in a Sprint Cup car and in the Nationwide Series last year she had finishes of 21st and 29th. At Phoenix earlier this season she was involved in an accident and finished 39th. David Ragan – Last season at Richmond Ragan had a pair of 32nd place finishes. In 2011 he had a pair of 4th place finishes. In the Toyota Owners 400 I expect him to finish around 30th. The #34 team has really struggled on the track this season. They’ve failed to crack the top twenty in every race this season. At Phoenix Ragan was involved an in accident and finished 38th. (Yahoo! Bobby Labonte – It’s been a long time since Bobby Labonte has been good at Richmond. His last top ten was in 2005 and since then he has a 23.5 average finish. In the last nine Richmond races Labonte has a best result of 17th and has finished worse than 24th 75% percent of the time. At Phoenix earlier this season Labonte finished 24th. (Yahoo! B Driver)
