Infineon Review Recap
Do you remember the race at Infineon last year? It was a long time ago so I can understand if you don’t. One procedure I do before almost every race is re-watch the most recent race at the venue. These are my notes for Infineon as to what happened last year.
Top 8 Starting Positions = 9, 24, 48, 16, 56, 15, 18, Kurt Busch (Full Qualifying Results)
David Gilliland had to start in the rear of the field
Tony Stewart moved up 7 positions in only 6 laps.
Carl Edwards started in 11th but fell back to 19th in 10 laps.
Kurt Busch was very good at underbreaking.
Marcos Ambrose was passed on lap #12 for the lead. His brakes weren’t very good and they were constantly locking up. In 13 laps his car basically went completely away. It wasn’t good on old tires.
13 laps into the race the running order was 24, 9, ,48, 15, 56
