Race Notes
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. got slightly into the wall on lap #2.
Six laps into the race Hamlin was up to 30th and Kyle Busch was up to 33rd.
Kasey Kahne’s car was good over long runs early in the race.
Scott Riggs got into the wall on lap 21 bringing out the first caution.

Jimmie Johnson’s car was strong from the center to exit.
Kurt Busch was in 10th on lap 33 by pit strategy.
Kyle Busch was in 16th on lap 38.
Ryan Newman struggled around lap 40 and was back in 16th.
Kyle Busch drove up to 15th but spun in turn #2 on lap 48.
During the Kyle Busch spin caution Martin Truex Jr. had rear axle problems that sent him to the garage.
Clint Bowyer had pit road problems during the Kyle Busch spin caution and dropped back to 39th.
Drivers who didn’t pit during the Kyle Busch spin who got track position were Juan Pablo Montoya, Greg Biffle, David Gilliland, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Aric Almirola.
Mark Martin did a proactive pit stop because of Martin Truex Jr.’s problems and took two un-needed tires on lap 64 under green.
Dave Blaney got into turn #1 on lap 66. Mark Martin got a free pass from this.
