Kentucky Quaker State 400 Happy Hour NASCAR Practice Notes
Kasey Kahne – Spun coming off turn 4 in the opening minutes of NASCAR Happy Hour practice. Didn’t get any damage. Didn’t look bad in race trim. Went to qualifying trim with about 30 minutes remaining.
Kyle Larson – Has confidence over the bumps from his dirt track experience.
Danica Patrick – Her crew chief said Harvick helped her after Nationwide practice. Has a similar setup to Harvick. Started practice in qualifying trim. In qualifying trim 15 minutes into practice she went to the top of the speed chart.
Brad Keselowswki – Showed good speed in race trim. Was scuffing tires for qualifying.
Aric Almirola – Said he was loose after 6 laps. In qualifying trim he was also loose.
