Daytona Coke Zero 400 “In A Hurry” Fantasy Preview
Did you know ifantasyrace.com works very well on a mobile device? Of course you did. Nearly 40% of all ifantasyrace.com visits come through a high-end mobile device or tablet. That said this is a beta post for that audience who visits to get quick information. This post is essentially a “Cheat Sheet” for the Top Ten drivers from the Confidence Ranking Picks post.
1. Dale Earnhardt Jr. – Won in February and has arguably been the safest pick over a prolonged period of time. Junior also has momentum on his side and I view that as a good luck charm in high-attrition races. Currently has three consecutive top tens at Daytona and is starting in lucky #7.
2. Jimmie Johnson – Handling is at a premium in July and that’s been his primary strength. Last year he won both Daytona races. In this year’s Daytona 500 he finished 5th, earned the 6th best driver rating and led 15 laps. He’ll be starting in 5th.
3. Brad Keselowski – Liked what I’ve seen from him on this track type in 2014. Was strong in the preliminary events in February and was very good in the Daytona 500. Starting in 26th, but that shouldn’t be a concern. He started further back in the 500 when he finished 3rd.
