New Hampshire Sylvania 300 NASCAR Practice #2 Notes
This practice session was nearly 30 degrees cooler than it will be when the race starts tomorrow. As a result many drivers sat out early.
Kevin Harvick – Using a chassis he tested with a few weeks back at New Hampshire. After completing 11 laps he reported that he was too tight through the center.
Aric Almirola – Tight in the center. His team is trying to get a direction for the next practice session.

Austin Dillon – Decent on entry but needs some help exiting the corners. Wants his car to be a little tighter.
Paul Menard – Reported his car is better but he needs some rear grip.
Jimmie Johnson – Did some R&D for the next practice session. Early in practice he reported his car was a little loose. His car improved over the course of practice and his 5 lap average around the mid-point improved by .1
