Kurt Busch losses final appeal, will not race in the Daytona 500

Tonight it was announced that Kurt Busch lost his second and final appeal. That means his indefinite suspension has been upheld and he’ll not race in the Daytona 500.

This will be the first Daytona 500 since 2000 that a Busch family member did not participate.
