Yahoo Qualifying Points Potential – Richmond Toyota Owners 400
Brad Keselowski – Not only is Brad Keselowski the most recent winner at Richmond but he’s also been a qualifying machine here. Last fall he started on the pole and put on a display of domination. In the next two most recent Richmond races he’s started in 2nd (qualifying rained out) and 3rd. In the last two races this season Keselowski has earned qualifying bonus points for those who selected him. Phoenix is the most similar track visited in 2015 and at that venue he started in 6th. Recently at Richmond Keselowski took part in testing and he was pretty quick.
[themify_quote]Brad Keselowski drove the No. 2 wheel-force car for Team Penske, but also placed his regular test mule at the top of the leaderboard for the bulk of the seven-hour session. The scoring feed looked eerily similar to the most recent race at Richmond last September, when Keselowski led a staggering 383 of 400 laps in a dominant victory. Link – NASCAR.com[/themify_quote]
Kevin Harvick – At Richmond Kevin Harvick has back to back top five starts. The only other driver who’s matched that feat is fellow Top Tier Elite driver Brad Keselowski. In 2015 Harvick has been a qualifying machine. In five of the last seven races he’s started in the top four. Phoenix is the most similar track visited this year and at that venue he started in 1st.

Jeff Gordon – Jeff Gordon has been a fantasy ace at qualifying at Richmond. Since fall 2012 he’s started in the top 3 in every race where qualifying wasn’t rained out. Last fall he started in 2nd. In spring 2014 qualifying was rained out so you can omit that result. In the four races prior to that he started in 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
