Dover FedEx 400 Happy Hour Practice Cumulative Lap Times

For whatever reason 10 lap averages in Happy Hour weren’t recorded. What you see below is drivers cumulative lap times from the session. This means that it’s the average lap time of all the combined laps they ran.

Consider this a “one off” post but I think it will help provide some fantasy answers. The top 20 drivers are listed and I have no further information. (The top twenty in terms of their outright speed. Not top 20 in terms of their cumulative practice speed. I reordered the top twenty from fastest to slowest)

Keep in mind that this could be misleading to an extent because of all the variables that come into play (example: drivers getting fresh tires every time they come in for service, drivers practicing on old tires. etc.)
