Michael Waltrip Racing crew chief changes

Today it was announced that Michael Waltrip Racing has swapped crew chiefs effective immediately. Brian Pattie will now lead the #55 team and Billy Scott will now lead the #15 team. Other changes include a reorganization of lead, secondary and support engineers for each team. Car chiefs, road mechanics and pit crews will remain with their originally assigned teams.
