Jimmie Johnson – The garage really liked his car in practice #2. Didn’t feel comfortable running the high-line during a late run. Had the best 10 & 15 lap average speeds. Said his car is really fast and driving great. Very optimistic about his chances.

Justin Allgaier – Early in practice he was tight in the center. During a later run he said he started out a little bit too free. During a later run he said he was looking for more stability.
Kevin Harvick – His car was very fast running the high-line. The 48 team told Johnson he was the best at running that groove.

Clint Bowyer – His spotter told him his lap times were competitive. Bowyer said his front end was a little lazy.
