Dover AAA 400 NASCAR Ten Lap Average Speed Cheat Sheet

NASCAR had very, very limited practice time this weekend at Dover because of rain but a few drivers ran 10 consecutive laps. This week I wouldn’t be concerned about drivers if they didn’t run ten consecutive laps . If they didn’t run ten consecutive laps and were down in terms of overall speed (Practice #1 Speeds & Happy Hour Speeds) then I might be getting a little concerned. With such limited practice time I would really focus on track history this week (Scouting Report & PROS Rankings & Asterisk Mark Report).
