Kyle Busch crew chief suspended for Dover

Following Kansas the #18 team of Kyle Busch was hit with a P3 penalty. Both his crew chief (Adam Stevens), and front tire carrier will be suspended for Dover. Also both of them are on probation for the remainder of the year. The reason for the penalty is related to NASCAR’s new lug nut rules.
