Fantasy NASCAR Lessons Learned – Wood Brothers
The NASCAR season is now a third of the way complete. NASCAR lessons have been learned and here’s fantasy observations on the Wood Brothers which Ryan Blaney drives for.
Ryan Blaney – Ryan Blaney is the real deal and he’ll only get better as the season progresses. Heading into the All-Star race he has three straight top tens and is sitting 15th in points. I like that he’s finding consistency. He lacked it earlier this year, and it was my biggest concern of him heading into the season. From a talent perspective it looks like he’s capable of running well on any given Sunday. One trend of his that I’ve noticed is that when he starts back in the pack you might want to avoid him. The two times he’s qualified outside the top twenty he’s been very uncompetitive and has finished 25th and 28th.
