Fantasy NASCAR Lessons Learned – Roush Fenway Racing
The NASCAR season is now a third of the way complete. NASCAR lessons have been learned and here’s fantasy observations on Roush Fenway Racing which Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Trevor Bayne and Greg Biffle drive for.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has really improved as a driver this season. He’s finished in the top ten twice, and in half the races he’s finished between 12th and 16th. In five of the last six races he’s finished within that range. One aspect that should be noted about him is that he’s become a really good qualifier. That’s a big part of why he’s running better. That said if you’re in a league that rewards points based on pass differential watch out because only twice has he finished better than where he’s started. This season high-speed intermediate tracks have been his “bread and butter.” In the five races held on that track type he’s scored the 8th most points and has an 11.2 average finish.
