DraftKings Pocono Fantasy NASCAR Playability Value Chart
There’s three elements to scoring in fantasy NASCAR at DraftKings. I refer to them as “Dominator”, “Mover” and “Good Finish.” Dominator points come from leading laps and having fastest laps. Mover points come from drivers who are able to advance in the running order. Good Finish is pretty self-explanatory and it essentially sets a drivers baseline fantasy score.
Let’s talk about Martin Truex Jr. DraftKings Playability Fantasy Value.
His overall fantasy value is high. I could easily see him being one of the top points scorers.
His Dominator fantasy value is low. He’s starting in 17th and that’s quite an impediment for leading laps.
His Mover fantasy value is high. He’s starting 17th and that opens up the door for lots of place differential points. This is where the core of his fantasy value is coming from this weekend. His Good Finish fantasy value is also high. I think he’ll challenge for a top five which would set his base line scoring value around 50 points.
