Austin Dillon – Austin Dillon has been one of the better drivers in the series at high-speed intermediate tracks this year and I think he’ll likely be factor at Kentucky. In the combined races on this track type in 2016 he’s scored the 9th most points and has a 12.1 average finish. I view Kansas and Las Vegas as the two most similar tracks and at those venues this year he has finishes of 5th and 6th. At Michigan when the new lower down force package was used he started 8th and finished 8th. (Yahoo B Driver)

Kyle Larson – Kyle Larson will be a strong competitor Kentucky. At Michigan when the new lower down force package was first used he ran extremely well and finished 3rd. Throughout that event he was a consistent front runner. Over the last few races at 1.5 mile tracks Kyle Larson has been solid. He finished 13th at Charlotte, 14th at Texas and had top five potential at Kansas until he was caught up in a wreck. I will note I think Kansas might very well prove to have a high correlation towards drivers attaining fantasy success at Kentucky. (Yahoo B Driver)

Ryan Newman – Ryan Newman is one the rise and his team has shown more speed at high-speed intermediate tracks as the season has progressed. In the last three races on this track type he’s finished in the top 11 every and has a 9.3 average finish. This season at 1.5 mile tracks specifically performance wise he’s typically been low-teens good or better. I believe Las Vegas and Kansas will likely prove to have the highest correlation to the new Kentucky surface. This year at those venues he performed pretty well. He finished 7th at Kansas and 13th at Las Vegas. (Yahoo B Driver)
