Loudon Early Week Pre-Practice Top 20 Fantasy Projections
We’re off to New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend for some short track racing at the 1-mile flat track in Loudon. The sponsor-less race on Sunday is going to come down to a few things: track position, no mistakes, and a good long run car (probably). Don’t forget that it’s not uncommon for fuel mileage to factor in here as well. One thing that’s always interesting about Loudon is the lack of any real dominators: we visit this track twice a year, but the most wins any single driver has is three (Johnson, Stewart, Newman, and Kurt Busch). Also, no one really finishes inside the top 5 here on a consistent basis–Denny Hamlin is the best in that category at 40% of the time. Practice and qualifying will be very important to analyze this weekend.
