Dover NASCAR Practice #2 Notes
Austin Dillon – Started with a 1 lap run and then immediately went to the garage. During that run he reported he was loose on entry. “Don’t want to turn, middle exit, it just feels really bad. The splitter feels like it’s way up.” During a run 25 minutes into practice he reported his entry is better but he’s too tight in the center.
Martin Truex Jr. – Practiced in race trim for the first time this weekend. Yesterday he was only in qualifying trim. He wasn’t concerned about that. Felt like he had a decent feel for his car. Felt like he had good speed compared to the best cars.
