DraftKings Fantasy NASCAR Scoring Trends – Kansas
Understanding DraftKings NASCAR scoring trends can be very helpful. Each track is different, and different compositions of teams can score big. This post gives you helpful scoring notes that can be learned from a race and tells you what type of “scorer” the top drivers were.
Here’s a breakdown of the terminology you’ll see below:
Elite Dominator – A driver who scores a very large notable amount of “Dominator” points
Super Dominator – A driver who scores a large amount of “Dominator” points.
Dominator – A driver who scores a notable amount of “Dominator” points.
Mover – A driver who moves forward a good amount of positions that really boosts their scores.
Good Finish – A driver who finishes near the front of the field.

Cumulative Lessons Learned:
The top scoring driver the last two Kansas races has finished 14th. Martin Truex Jr. who scored the most points earlier this year pitted twice late. Matt Kenseth who scored the most points last fall was spun late.
Over the last three Kansas races there\’s been two \”Super Dominators\” per race.
Over the last three Kansas races 3.3 of the top ten scorers have been \”Movers.\”

- Of the top 10 scorers only half of them started in the top ten.
- 4 of the top 10 scorers started between 17th and 29th.
- The top scoring \”Super Cheap\” driver who scored the most points was Regan Smith who scored the 18th most points (30).
Fall 2015 Scoring Notes
- Matt Kenseth\’s score is underrated by at least 24 points (assuming he would\’ve finished 2nd. He was spun late while leading).
- Matt Kenseth finished 14th. The next 8 highest scorers finished in the top 9.
- 8 of the top 10 scorers started between 1st and 14th.
- 2 of the top 4 scorers were \”Movers\” who started in the twenties.
- The top scoring \”Super Cheap\” driver was Brian Scott who scored the 13th most points (36).
Spring 2015 Scoring Notes
- The top 9 scorers all finished in the top ten.
- 5 of the top 10 scorers started in the top 11
- 3 of the top 6 scorers started between 17th and 19th
- 5 of the top 10 scorers started 17th and back
- The top scoring \”Super Cheap\” driver was Michael Annett (41) who started dead last and finished 23rd.
