Texas NASCAR Practice #2 Notes

Carl Edwards – His car had good speed over long runs. Best 10 and 15 lap averages. Likes his car. Using a new chassis.

Austin Dillon – Supposedly the longer he ran the better his car felt. He was happy with his handling. During a late run with about 10 minutes remaining he said, “Feels good boys, good job.”

Kevin Harvick – Confident with his long run speed. Early in a run his splitter was hitting the track.

Michael McDowell – Early in the session he showed very good speed. At the end of the session he said, “Good job everyone! We got a little work to do, but we’re close!”
