Following Phoenix NASCAR handed down penalties to the #4 and #2 team.

Kevin Harvick’s crew chief has been suspended for 1 race. At the time of this post they are appealing the penalty and have asked for it to be deferred until the appeal is heard.

Brad Keselowski’s crew chief has been suspended for the next 3 races.
