Talladega Early Week Pre-Practice Top 20 Fantasy Projections
The second restrictor plate race of the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season is this weekend, as we’re set to run 500 miles at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday afternoon. These races are always fun for fantasy players (in a weird way) because literally every driver is a viable option–anyone can wind up inside the top 10 before it’s all said and done. As far as the winner, though, usually we don’t see too many surprises. One driver to keep an eye on this weekend is Dale Earnhardt, Jr., who has been having a terrible season as well as pretty bad finishes in the most recent restrictor plate races, too. Still, Junior is going to be the most popular pick in most Fantasy NASCAR leagues this weekend.
