Fantasy NASCAR Asterisk Mark Report – Kansas
Chase Elliott – Chase Elliott had a very strong car last fall. He finished 31st but in our exclusive PROS Rankings he ranked as the 2nd best. Realistically he might’ve been the best because he passed Kevin Harvick for the lead under green but then shortly after that following green flag pit stops he had some type of left rear wheel problem that led to his misleading result.
Brad Keselowski – Brad Keselowski was top ten good last fall but finished 38th after having contact with Denny Hamlin and then sliding into the grass which totaled his car. Four laps before the incident he was running in 10th.
Kyle Larson – Kyle Larson was mid-teens good last fall but finished 30th when the checkered flag waved. What happened is that on lap 177 he got into the wall and slowed on the track. If his race would’ve been incident free a mid-teens result seemed very likely.
