Dover NASCAR Practice #2 Notes

Jamie McMurray – Started with a long 18 lap run. Said his car started out pretty good with race trim. Happy with his car.

Clint Bowyer – 45 minutes into practice he said, “Turning good.” Happy with his car. Liked his speed given the tires he was on.

Kurt Busch – 25 minutes into practice while he was 5th he said, “It didn’t do a whole lot different, just held the car a little better at apex.” “If we were behind somebody, it would be extra tight.”

Kevin Harvick – Said something was wrong with his engine 10 minutes into practice. It was a plug wire and it was quickly fixed. Had very good speed.

Regan Smith – 15 minutes into practice he reported that his car is good into the turn, better in the middle, but still struggling off the turn.
