Drivers parked for the first 30 minutes: Johnson, Jones, Kenseth, Suarez and Almirola

Drivers parked for the first 15 minutes: Harvick, Truex, Kurt Busch, Logano, Earnhardt Jr., McDowell, Allmendinger, Ty Dillon, Kasey Kahne and DiBenedetto.

Kevin Harvick – Had very good long run speed. 25 minutes into practice it was said he had the best car on the track. Best 15 lap average.

Kyle Busch – Very fast. Has a very good car.

Ryan Blaney – Had a fast car but 25 minutes into practice while he was 10th he reported he had tight handling conditions.

Kyle Larson – Had very good long run speed during his opening +21 lap run.

Aric Almirola – His team wasn’t happy with what they had in Happy Hour so they’ll go back to the setup they used in practice #2.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Wasn’t that happy with his car this practice. Didn’t like his handling.
