Fantasy NASCAR Asterisk Mark Report – Charlotte
Kyle Larson – Kyle Larson had an extraordinary car this spring at Charlotte. He started in the back, but charged his way to the front with ease. Performance wise he was top five good but when Ty Dillon oiled down the track on lap 245 it led to Larson getting into the wall hard. Later he got into the wall again, and that led to his misleading 36th place finish.
Chase Elliott – Chase Elliott likely had a great car this spring at Charlotte, but he had a very short race. On lap 20 when Jeffrey Earnhardt’s engine blew up it appeared Elliott’s engine blew up too (debris thru this grill maybe?) and it led to Brad Keselowski plowing into the back of the #24. At the time of the incident Elliott was running in the top five.

Brad Keselowski – Brad Keselowski had a fast car this spring at Charlotte, but on lap 20 the #24 car slowed and Keselowski ran right into the back of him. It marked the end of what was a promising start. At the time of the incident Keselowski was running in the top five.
Ryan Blaney – Ryan Blaney had a good car and showed potential this spring. He finished 7th in Stage #1 but then during lap 175 pit stops while running in 5th he broke his axel on pit road which dropped him 5 laps down. When the checkered flag waved he finished 24th.
