Kansas NASCAR Practice #2 Notes
Paul Menard – Started practice with a 10 lap run that had him near the top of the speed chart. Following his run he said, “It fires off pretty well. It freed up on entry as the run went on & was a little tight center.” Late in practice he said he needs to be better on entry. His car was good center-off. Ended the session 4th on the speed chart.
Austin Dillon – 35 minutes into practice while he was 14th he was reportedly pretty happy with his car.
Clint Bowyer – 40 minutes into practice his crew chief said, “Those are pretty good laps there.”

Kevin Harvick – His car was very fast. Late in practice his team said his car was good.
Matt DiBenedetto – Following his opening run which had him pretty far down the speed chart he said, “Started pretty good – a little bit on the free side pretty consistently. Little edgy/twitchy.” Following his final run he said his car handled pretty similar to how he started the session. Once the pressures came up, he got a little loose/edgy.
