Las Vegas Early Week Pre-Practice Top 20 Fantasy Projections
The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series starts its West Coast Swing this weekend with the Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Like Atlanta last weekend, this is another 1.5-mile track, but it’s more a “cookie cutter” than Atlanta, and less abrasive on the tires. Obviously fresh rubber will still play a big role in this Sunday’s Kobalt 400, but not as big of a factor as it was last weekend. Typically we only race at Las Vegas once per season, but this year this is the first of two stops. There aren’t usually many surprises up front at this track.
