Chicagoland Early Week Pre-Practice Top 20 Fantasy Projections
The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is stopping in the Windy City this weekend, as we’re squeezing in another race at a 1.5-mile track between last week’s road course event and next week’s restrictor plate meleé at Daytona. Chicagoland used to be the opening race of the Playoffs but NASCAR quickly realized that the races here are pretty uneventful, so they moved it back a few months instead of just taking it off the schedule entirely (unfortunately). The good news for Fantasy NASCAR players this week is that we have a bunch of data from this year’s races at 1.5-mile tracks to analyze, plus it’s typically the same faces up front every year here at Chicagoland Speedway.
