Kyle Larson who started 2nd in the inside lane led the first 30 laps.

Ryan Blaney’s car wasn’t very good early. By lap 25 he dropped from 12th (where he started) to 20th.
Notable Moment: On lap 25, while running in 35th Corey LaJoie brought out the first caution. His engine blew up. This replaced the scheduled competition caution which was going to come out a few laps later.
During the competition caution, Keselowski did a two tire pit stop which gained him 17 positions and got him into the top ten.

Notable Moment: On lap 122, Kyle Larson wheel hopped and brought out the caution. He was running in 13th at the time. Wheel hopping was a weekend long issue for him.
During the Kyle Larson caution, Brad Keselowski took two tires during his pit stop and got the lead.

Notable Moment: Somewhere in the lap 130’s, Bubba Wallace made an unexpected pit stop for a tire issue. It dropped him from 27th back into the thirties.

Big Moment: While running in 32nd on lap 146, Chris Buescher had a flat tire and slapped the wall.
Notable Moment: During the Buescher caution, Denny Hamlin had a slow pit stop and lost a ton of track position. Prior to his problem he was in 7th.
Notable Moment: During the Buescher caution, Alex Bowman was caught speeding on pit road. Prior to his problem he was in 11th.
During the Chris Buescher caution a good amount of pit strategy took place.
