Fantasy NASCAR Asterisk Mark Report – Auto Club

Kevin Harvick – Last year at Auto Club Speedway, Kevin Harvick had a phenomenal car but finished an asterisk mark 35th. In the race he started in 10th but had no trouble advancing in the running order. Unfortunately, his race wasn’t incident free and on lap 38 while he was battling Kyle Larson for 3rd they had contact and Harvick crashed. He was able to keep on racing, but it dropped him a few laps down and he was no longer competitive after that.

Chris Buescher – Chris Buescher finished 30th last year at Auto Club Speedway, but he wasn’t that bad. With ten laps to go while he was running around 20th he made an unexpected pit stop. This dropped him two laps down leading to his 30th place finish.
