Watkins Glen Early Week Top 20 Fantasy Projections
The second road course race of the season is this weekend at Watkins Glen, and don’t be surprised if we have a similar result to what we saw at Sonoma back in June. If you remember back to that race, William Byron had the strong car earlier but faded late, and Martin Truex, Jr. and Kyle Busch took over from there, giving Joe Gibbs Racing a 1-2 finish. Denny Hamlin added a 5th-place result as well for JGR. Looking back at last year’s race here at Watkins Glen, Chase Elliott went to victory lane with Truex and Kyle Busch rounding out the top 3.
