Big Moment: On lap 45 while running around 25th, Austin Dillon had a flat tire and got into the wall hard.
Notable Moment: Alex Bowman got a speeding penalty during the Alex Bowman caution. Bowman was running around the mid-twenties at the time.

Kyle Larson had a loose wheel and made an unexpected pit stop around lap 68.
Notable Moment: On lap 70, Austin Dillon had another flat tire. He slowed on the track and then came to pit road. Dillon was now 8 laps down following this.

Notable Moment: On lap 110, Daniel Suarez and Daniel Hemric had contact with each other and it brought out the caution.
Big Moment: During the Suarez/Hemric caution, Chase Elliott’s team had to go under his hood because of a water pressure issue. This dropped him multiple laps down.
Notable Moment: Under caution for the Suarez/Hemric incident, Erik Jones made another two pit stops because he had contact on pit road with Alex Bowman. Alex Bowman made an extra pit stop to repair slight damage.

Big Moment: While running around 22nd on lap 137, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. nailed the wall hard. This marked the end of his race.
A lot of pit strategy took place during the Stenhouse Jr. caution and Kyle Busch was cycled back to about 10th.
Notable Moment: On lap 145, Clint Bowyer who was back in the pack, spun and had minor contact with the wall. He had contact with Martin Truex Jr. Truex had minor damage. Both of them then had to come to pit road for repair.
Notable Moment: On lap 148, Jimmie Johnson radioed his team and said “No power steering.” Prior to the pit cycle which put him back in traffic he was running just outside the top ten.
