Aric Almirola who started in 2nd in the outside lane led the opening 19 laps.
Big Moment: Austin Dillon had a flat tire right when the race went green. He started in 22nd and rapidly feel back. On lap 5, Dillon’s tire came apart and it brought out the first caution. Austin Dillon lost his crush panels at this time. This problem dropped him two laps down.
During the Austin Dillon caution, Joey Gase was said to have lost a battery.
